Data collected
When you use the quote request form, we collect the information you enter: name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message (description of your project). When you contact us by WhatsApp, e-mail or telephone, we process the contact details and information you send us through that channel.
The site does not create user accounts and does not collect any payment data.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry: making contact, preparing a quote, arranging a site visit or works, and then managing the business relationship if a contract is concluded. Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures), on the performance of the contract and on our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Retention period
Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange. Data relating to a completed contract is kept for the statutory retention period for business and accounting records (10 years) and then deleted.
Recipients and hosting
Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed by CBI and by its strictly necessary technical service providers: the website and e-mail hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland), whose servers are located in Switzerland. The form is sent to CBI by e-mail via the hosting server.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics tools and no targeted advertising. Only the technical elements essential to the operation of the pages are used.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to the data concerning you, its rectification or erasure, or object to its processing. Simply write to info@cbi-sa.ch or to the postal address above. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the data is restricted to the person in charge of CBI.

Last updated: 3 October 2026. This policy may be amended if the site or the legislation changes; the online version prevails.
